My Mother was suffering from Knee osteoarthritis and even routine walk within house became a challenge for her. Have known Dr. Vivek Mittal for over 20 years when I got treated for a slip disc problem. On his advice we were able to sort it out without a surgery. I, Santosh Grover, 68 yrs old had pain in both my knees for almost 10 yrs. All the doctors that I had consulted had advised me knee transplant procedure as the last resort. We came in touch with Dr.Vivek Mittal in April 2016 for knee replacement of my mother in law. Before meeting Dr.Vivek Mittal my mother in law was hesitant in getting the operation done. But after the first meeting my mother in law became confident about getting the surgery done. Dr. Vivek Mittal was very polite and gave ample time to solve all our queries . doubts and fears.

On second day after surgery My mother in law was able to stand up on both her knees. Of the total period of stay post surgery most of the time was given for rehabilitating and helping the patient getting acquainted with the new knee implants.

I Rajinder Lal Ralhan age 69 yrs was suffering pain in my both knees for the last 8-10 yrs. I used to go nearby market for shopping with acute pain. In duration I used massage , sometimes used local medicines prescribed by users with same pain. These all affected me badly. All methods used to give relieve from pain were useless. My mom was suffering from knee pain from last 2 yrs she was nt able to walk alone and had very pain in her daily activities she was very tired of being sitting home and some one suggest us for Dr vivek Mittal. We came here and he suggested surgery for my mom. I anticipated a great a great trauma how my father may get knee replacement. 90% of our family friends denied to take risk as he was aged 80+. On other side I could not see him fighting with pain . Dr. Vivek Mittal replaced both my knees in October 2009. I was in great pain and could hardly walk or get up from the chair before surgery. I stayed in hospital for 6 days. I was able to walk with a stick and sit cross-legged in bed before I went home, which was just 5 days after the surgery.
